Collaboration Made Easy with Slash Multi-User

What began as a project to get book keepers access to Slash can now be used for much more. Put simply, you can invite different people to your Slash account with preset permissions. For example, for your accountant can be invited under a permission which only allows them to view and download your transactions. Then, using the same invite tool, a different employee (or runner) could be invited to create an account and access your cards. It's that flexible - ready to be used for any business case!

Let's go over the supported roles and their permissions.

Accountant: Usually an outside contractor who needs visibility into your balances and transactions, this role allows the user to:

  • View transactions
  • View accounts

User: This would be a general employee or assistant, this role allows the user to:

  • View & modify subscriptions
  • View & modify physical and virtual cards
  • Initiate ACH pulls & withdrawals
  • View transactions
  • View accounts

Admin: This could be a business partner, associate or senior employee, this role allows the user to:

  • View & modify subscriptions
  • View & modify physical and virtual cards
  • Initiate ACH pulls & withdrawals
  • View & Modify users and permissions
  • Initiate transfers between Slash accounts
  • View transactions
  • View accounts

Owner: This would be a co-owner or business partner, with the same permissions as yourself, they are able to:

  • View & modify subscriptions
  • View & modify physical and virtual cards
  • Initiate ACH pulls & withdrawals
  • View & Modify users and permissions
  • Initiate transfers between Slash accounts
